Product Warranty

Aristotle Engineering’s LOC JAW and Rifle Railz products, are made in the USA and are 100% guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship with an original sales receipt to the original purchaser. This does not cover “normal wear and tear.” Nor does it cover non-durable parts, which includes all bolts. Bolts may require replacement and are specifically excluded from warranty. Due to the nature of the intended use of the LOC JAW or Rifle Railz, Aristotle Engineering can only warranty our products against damages caused exclusively by factory defects and workmanship.

Aristotle Engineering is not responsible for any incidental damages to any other piece of equipment the LOC JAW or Rifle Railz may come in contact with. Aristotle Engineering cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries to property, equipment or person that is caused by the improper use of this product.

Aristotle Engineering reserves the right to limit or refuse the return. Used merchandise may be refused. Free goods, received as part of promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Return Policy

If your order is received damaged in the mail or we mistakenly sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. We will be happy to exchange or replace your product for the correct item. Please be sure the returned item(s) are sent back in their original packaging, along with all accessories.

If you ordered the wrong item, no problem, we will gladly extend an exchange or refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping, handling, credit card & PayPal fees), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, in “as-new” condition. Please print and include this Return and Exchange Form.

Item exchanges will be processed within 10 business days at no additional cost to you, unless there is an item price difference. If there is a price difference or a replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you via email to determine how you would like to proceed.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, but may take a few billing cycles to appear on your account. We do not store your financial information so if you have questions concerning your credit please contact your financial institution.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

How to Return an Item

You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase along with the original receipt.
Request RA # via email then complete and include the (Return Authorization Form).

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy. Unless otherwise stated, shipping, handling, credit card & PayPal fees are not refundable.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to include a 10% restocking fee, this would be deducted from your refund. Unless otherwise stated, we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
